Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Setter/Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and leads, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying and setting leads, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and set leads from online marketing for new patient appointments and Invisalign consultations.
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
- Make patient appointments following our scheduling template.
- Take payments and manage patient financial transactions.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure patients are informed about upcoming appointments through timely reminders.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental receptionist or lead setting role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for continuing education and training opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with online marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and technology.
Compensation:
- Competitive base hourly rate.
- Additional commissions for making appointments for Invisalign leads outside of normal working hours.
